Charles has installed a new unit for us & added coolant. I highly recommend him & have recommended him to my family as well. This is a good, honest Christian company.

These gentlemen are awesome! Our heater went out over this COLD weekend and we have 4 children. Chill Out came and worked their tail off to figure out the issue. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix it immediately because our unit is so old they didn't stock the part. But as promised they worked as fast as they could to find the part and made it out to our house first thing Monday morning to finish fixing it! Because of the issues due to neither of our own faults they didn't charge us for any unnecessary fees! If they were here and weren't able to get anything done, they didn't charge us any service/labor fees! These guys are awesome Godly men who are understanding and truly honest (as it states in their "about" section). I have used them several times before and I will use them again!

I will and do recommend this company to everyone!
